The reporting, photography, rankings and research published here are the property of Pashtun Global unless credited otherwise. You may quote briefly from our work with clear attribution and a link to the original article. You may not republish whole articles, or substantial parts of them, without written permission.
Where we credit another publication, photographer or agency, that material belongs to them and our permission does not extend to it.
Verification badges
A verified mark on a profile means we have examined a specific document and recorded what it showed. Each badge is published alongside the claim it supports and the kind of evidence behind it. A badge is not an endorsement, a credit rating, or a guarantee of anyone’s conduct, and it speaks only to what the evidence showed on the date it was checked.
Claiming a profile is not the same as being verified. Accepting a claim confirms who you are in relation to a profile; it does not place a mark on it.
What you submit
If you send us a profile claim, a nomination, a correction or a comment, you confirm that what you tell us is true and that you are entitled to send it. You keep ownership of what you submit, and you give us permission to use it in our editorial work, including publishing a correction that results from it.
Nominations are not decisions. Being nominated does not place anyone in a ranking or shortlist.
Comments
Comments are moderated before they appear. We remove abuse, spam, and anything unlawful, and we may block an address that repeatedly sends them.
Accuracy and corrections
We publish as quickly as we can verify. Developing stories are labelled and updated. When we get something wrong we correct it openly rather than quietly, and you can report an error at info@pashtunglobal.com.
