How an application is handled
- Application You tell us who you are, what you run and why you want to join.
- Verification We check the claims that matter: your identity, your role and your business, against documentary sources.
- Review The membership team assesses the application against the published criteria for that category.
- Decision You are told the outcome by email, with the reason if the answer is no.
- Listing If you approved it, your profile joins the public directory with the badges the evidence supports.
