A chapter is a working committee with a director, an annual plan and local events - not a flag on a map. We open them one at a time, and only when someone is ready to run one.

What a chapter commits to
- A director One named person accountable for the chapter and reachable by its members.
- An advisory committee Local businesspeople who steer the programme.
- An annual plan What the chapter will do this year, written down before the year starts.
- Local events At least a handful a year, documented here afterwards.
- Reporting Membership, activity and finances reported to the Board.
